Below is pictured an electric lamp that was owned by that great Calumet race horse trainer, H.A. (Jimmy) Jones. It was purchased by me at his second estate sale of March 16th, 2002 in Liberty, Missouri. This is a nicely detailed lamp with the metal figure of the Jockey well sculpted. The nine inch tall jock sits on a felt bottomed, black wooden cube of approximately four inches square. Total height of lamp is approximately 26" high. It electrically works. I will include with this lamp's purchase an original 8" x 10" photo of Jimmy standing in front of shelves of similar Jockey figures on black cubes. He had a special liking for these little figures and several were sold in his auction. The lamp shade is not original to the lamp and, unless desired, will not go with it.  I will include a certificate of authenticity of me as the purchaser, an original sale bill of that sale, and other pertinent documents.
